Product Features

This product are with strong penetration ability, it can penetrate into stone and reinforce the stone structure, it also can greatly improve the stone strength and plank’s percent of pass. It is with strong adhesive force, good yellowing resistance, shrinkage rate is small after curing, water resistance, oil resistance, ageing resistance, suitable for all kinds of plank’s seams.

Scope of application

Used for filling and repairing all kinds of stone, concrete crack, especially suitable for stone, sand holes, loose and broken defect repair. The large stone of cream-colored, coral red light defect repair has good effect.

Method of application

1. Remove stone repair place's oil, dirt and other impurities and keep it dry;
2. Mixing the glue well as regulation ratio, then slowly inject into cracks, also can drip glue to penetrate into cracks;
3. Caulking cracks every few minutes, operate 2-3 times repeatedly, polishing after glue curing completely. If conditions permit, preheat the stone at 50 to 60 ℃, then put on the glue and drying-plate, it can accelerate the curing of glue and shorten the time of the whole process;
4. For large cracks can seep glue at double-sided, also can seep at vacuum pressure, increasing the adhesive solution penetration;
5. For large cracks, you can add right amount of powder in adhesive solution and then to fill, it can strengthen the stone structure, reduce the shrinkage rate;
6. For fracture stone, you must fix two planar of broken stone first, to use this product to repair, in order to enhance the structural of stone.

Attention

1.Glue must be mixing as proportion to avoid affect the use effect;

2. The curing speed of this product is slow. You must wait the glue to be curing until it is not sticky, apply a suitable amount of talcum powder or other lubricant on the stone material surface, then stacked;

3. You must polish it after the glue is curing completely;

4. The stone material surface treatment agent or epoxy adhesive do not apply or seep to the surface of the adhesive, so as not to react with glue to degrade the performance of the adhesive.

5. Do not mix the cover lid, cover tightly after using(especially the part B), In order to avoid absorb moisture and carbon dioxide, appear white phenomenon;

6. Because of the stone material, chemical and physical properties are different, please try in advance before using this product, so as to avoid mistakes!
